This event is important for the Polish Ship Managers Association, which this year (similarly to previous years) has again hosted a ship management panel. During the Main Panel, the Awards of the 2nd Edition of the Polish Ship Managers' Association Best Graduate Student Award Competition were presented: Winner - Mr. Eric Kulbiej [Navigation Faculty, Maritime Academy in Szczecin] 2nd place - Maciej Weber [Navigation Faculty, Maritime Academy in Szczecin] 3rd place - Jamal Hamoud [Faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Naval Academy in Gdynia] Special Award - Marek Zbigniew Sojka [Graduate of Faculty of Marine Engineering, Maritime University of Szczecin] After the ceremony, panel discussions started. Just like every year, the ship management panel was very popular with the public. On the other hand, the main theme of the discussion was a project on the amendment of some acts aimed at facilitating registration under the Polish flag. During the panel, the film "Restore the Polish Flag" was shown, which was received positively by the audience. The panel ended with a session of questions and answers from the audience. The next ship management panel is planned for the next Maritime Economy Forum on October 11, 2019.
